Yarn
Yarn in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. There are no returns on sale yarns, yarn that is wound or otherwise in used condition.
Books & Patterns
There are no returns on books or patterns
Needles, Crochet Hooks & Accessories
Needles, hooks and other accessories may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect and it is brought back with the original sales receipt within 30 days of the purchase.
Special Orders
Most currently stocked yarn is available for special order. Discontinued and certain other yarns may not be available for special order.
Every special order requires a 50% down payment at the time the order is placed. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your purchase when it arrives. Once it has arrived, you will be notified and the yarn will be held for 90 days. If you do not pick up your order within 90 days, we reserve the right to place it on the shelves for others to buy.
